I’m a senior research engineer currently working in an R&D firm in the UK. I was born in Malaysia but have been residing in England since 1997. I specialise in wireless networking, not limited to sensor networks, routing, Quality of Service (QoS) provisioning, and Medium Access Control (MAC) technologies, among others. I’m hosting this blog to share my experience, and hopefully others too, working in the wireless sensor networking field. My mission for this project is two-fold, to help shape the directions of the researchers in this field, particularly those in the academia, and to help the industries better understand the maturity of this technology in the market.
